How long an Alaska school district has — to answer your request, to finish the evaluation, and to meet — with the law cited for every number.
State law sets no separate response deadline — federal law governs: the dated written request is still what starts everything, and a refusal must come with prior written notice.
After you sign consent, the evaluation must be finished within 60 calendar days (4 AAC 52.115; 4 AAC 52.510(b)).
Recording a meeting: one-party (AS § 42.20.310).
If the school misses: state complaint — allege a violation from the last 1 year (34 CFR §300.153(c)); due process — 2 years from when you knew or should have known (34 CFR §300.507(a)(2)).
